Item Description:
- Original Model 01 Silver Eagle, 90-98% rust-free.
- Has been in California and Nevada.
- Has rebuilt 8V71 engine with approximately 20,000 miles and a 10-speed manual transmission.
- The roof has been sanded.
- New rivets as required
- Painted (Have white paint to finish outside.)
- Two updated air conditioners,
- Two new roof vents plus a new Fantastic bathroom fan installed.
- Rugs and linoleum were removed.
- The floor has been painted.
- The openings to the outside have been sealed. This was for the propane refrigerator and hot water tank.
- Oak cabinets have been washed and sealed with Howard’s Restor-a-Finish oil.
- Five of the eight windows have been taken out and resealed.
- We have the floor partially welded into place under the front of the bus.
- We also have lights, the front grill, and the bumper.
- There are fresh water, black and gray water tanks in the bus.
- The bus plan is to use solar panels, an induction cooktop, and a household refrigerator (all electric).
- Have toilet, bathroom sink and shower to be installed.
- The bays are being restored with the original Continental Trailways aluminum floor.
- Will have 5-year-old tires.
- Additional parts to upgrade are available.
Renovation stopped as the owner purchased a completed Silver Eagle and age limits his ability to finish this bus.
