The Nomads Unite 3rd Annual Field Trip to All World Acres was a huge success. Despite a smaller turnout than the previous year, there were plenty of workshops, live music, a sweat lodge, and community building.
Workshops included “Finding Free and Affordable Campsites,” “Transitioning from Brick to Rubber,” “Eating Healthy Without Refrigeration,” and nearly twenty others.
There were a few potluck dinners, which featured the delicious fare we have come to know from our community. Everyone left feeling full and satisfied.
Ghosthawk and Donela came out on Wednesday evening and treated us to another of their sweat lodge rituals. We certainly hope to continue hosting the sweat lodge at future Field Trips; it was such a highlight.
On Saturday, Todd Sargent brought his band, the Quantum Oscillators, and treated us to an evening of live music. I am sure we will see and hear more of Todd at Nomads Unite Field Trips.
Sunday came with its usual day of fun and shenanigans as everyone wound down and prepared for the Monday departure.
Next year’s Field Trip to All World Acres will be announced soon. Be sure to follow and like us on our website (www.nomadsunite.net) and on Facebook (Nomads Unite) to stay in the loop on upcoming news and happenings.
